Korean Microblading in Atlanta — Natural Hair-Stroke Brows

자연스러운 한국식 마이크로블레이딩, 이제 애틀랜타에서 만나보세요.

Korean microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo technique that draws the look of individual hair strokes for fuller, more natural brows. At Aura Beauty in the Atlanta metro, it's performed by master artist Justina Cho using the Korean method — finer strokes, custom pigment blended for your skin tone, and a patient, layered application that reads as real brow density, never drawn on.

What Makes Korean Microblading Different?

The Korean approach differs from the American or European style in three ways: finer hair strokes, softer pigment depth, and skin-tone-matched color mixing. Instead of bold, dense brows tattooed into the skin, the Korean method creates the appearance of brow hairs growing through your existing brow — a third dimension you can't get from one solid shade.

Justina trained in this method and has been refining it for clients across two states — six years in New York's Flushing district, and now in the Atlanta metro — since 2019. The technique is what produces the "wait, are those real?" reaction at brunch, and it's the inverse of the block-shape brow that still dominates a lot of American PMU studios.

Korean Microblading Pricing in Atlanta

Microblading
$450
Crisp, hair-by-hair strokes etched with a fine manual blade. Best for normal-to-dry skin wanting definition without shading. Includes consultation and shape mapping.

Hair-stroke definition at the front blended into soft ombre shading. Defined, dimensional, and fuller-looking — ideal for sparse or over-plucked brows.

$200
Perfecting touch-up at 2 to 4 months — locks the shape and balances tone before it settles. A 4-month-to-1-year refresh is $300.

Korean microblading is one of several brow options at Aura Beauty. If your skin runs oily, ombre or combination brows often hold better — Justina recommends the right technique for your skin type during your free consultation.

Who Is Microblading For?

American-style microblading typically uses thicker strokes and heavier pigment in one session. The Korean method uses finer strokes layered patiently. Korean heals softer and reads as natural growth; American holds harder color but reads as obvious. Most of our Atlanta clients switch to Korean once they see the difference.

The Process — Microblading at Aura Beauty

1. Free consultation

We discuss your goals, review your history, and confirm you're a good candidate. We map several brow shapes in pencil so you can see options before any pigment is touched.

2. Custom pigment selection

Justina mixes hypoallergenic, iron-oxide pigment to match your natural brow color and complement your skin's undertone — no pre-set "brown." These pigments won't fade orange or grey over time.

3. The procedure

Strokes built in soft, patient layers with topical numbing applied. Most clients describe it as mild scratching, never a heavy single pass.

4. Aftercare + perfecting touch-up

A detailed aftercare card with day-by-day healing instructions. A perfecting touch-up is scheduled 2 to 4 months later, when we even out anything that healed lighter than expected.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Korean microblading and how is it different?

Korean microblading uses finer hair strokes, softer pigment depth, and skin-tone-matched color mixing — the look of individual brow hairs growing through your natural brow, not a solid block. It reads as real, layered density rather than drawn on.

How much does Korean microblading cost in Atlanta?

Microblading is $450. Combination brows (hair-stroke front blended with ombre shading) are $550. A perfecting touch-up at 2–4 months is $200; a 4-month-to-1-year refresh is $300.

How long does microblading last?

1 to 2 years depending on skin type, sun exposure, and aftercare. Oilier skin fades faster. The 2-to-4-month perfecting touch-up locks in the shape and tone.

Does it hurt?

Most clients describe it as mild scratching. Topical numbing is applied before and during the work, and the strokes go in soft layers — never one heavy pass.

Do you offer consultations in Korean?

네, 물론입니다. 상담과 시술 전 과정을 한국어로 진행할 수 있습니다. Justina Cho runs every consultation in Korean or English based on your preference.
